Note:
1. Registration Fee is not refundable.
2. The Following documents are compulsory at the time of registration:-
(1) Attested copy of Birth Certificate.
(2) Copy of Adhaar Card.
(3) Two Passport Size Photo
(4) Joint Photo- Student and Parents

Application form duly filled online, along with the following documents
(a). There recent passport-size photographs.
(b). Attested photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the candidate, issued by the Registrar of Deaths and Births Municipality. (No affidavit will be accepted in place of the Date of Birth Certificate)
(c). Photo Copy of the Adhaar Card.
(d). The form, duly completed in all respects should be submitted in the school office from 04/11/2022 to 05/12/2022 between 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
No form will be accepted after the above-stated date & time
(e). The minimum age at the time of Registration for the Nursery Class is 3 years and 3 1/2 years
(f). Admission to other classes, other than Nursery, will depend on the availability of seats.
(g). While returning this form of Nursery, please note the date for the visit to the School with the Children/Submission of form/overleaf.
(h). The date of taking the admission will be intimated later.
(i). Principal’s decision will be final & binding with regard to the selection & admission for the applied Class. No further discussion regarding the same will be entertained.
(j). This Registration does not guarantee admission of the child. Admission will be decided on the basis of the written test & oral test for L.K.G to V.
(k). The entrance test will be conducted only on the date & time as specified. No test will be conducted prior to the date or at a later stage.
(l). Recommendations or pressure tactics will lead to disqualifications of the candidate.
(m). This Form will be used only for the class as mentioned/indicated above.
(n). Incomplete form will not be considered/accepted.
